Directions

  1. First, carefully caramelize the mold by turning it to cover the entire surface and sides, then set aside. ≈ 3 min
  2. Warm some milk with cinnamon and lime, then let it steep.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until well combined. Then, add the remaining milk and continue to beat until everything is smooth. Finally, gently fold in the scented milk, which you have filtered beforehand. ≈ 4 min
  4. Pour this mixture, pour into the mold, then add the crumbled brioche pieces, pressing them down firmly to ensure they are well-soaked. ≈ 3 min
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes, then for an additional 15 minutes at 175 °C, until the dish is fully cooked.
  6. Let it cool completely, then remove from the pan.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream. ≈ 2 min
