Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan until it forms a thin layer, about ½ mm thick, and then generously sprinkle it with ground black pepper.
  2. Pour in the vinegar and water. ≈ 3 min
  3. Heat the mixture and stir constantly, without letting it boil. Once the mixture is smooth, serve.
