Directions

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Finely chop the onion and sauté it briefly in the oil. ≈ 8 min
  2. Add the cabbage, cover with water, salt, and pepper, and let it cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked soup with the beaten egg yolks mixed with the flour. ≈ 3 min
  4. Serve the soup hot, garnished with croutons (small pieces of dry bread). ≈ 2 min
