Directions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Heat half of the oil paint and apply it to the chicken. Set aside.
- In a pot, heat the remaining oil paint and add the onion.
- Add the tomatoes and make them jump.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, the puree, the chicken, and the white wine. ≈ 4 min
- Season and cook for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the corn, Lima beans, bell pepper, and cayenne pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
