Directions
- Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Whisk the eggs one at a time, and gradually add them to the flour mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Add the softened yeast with a small amount of cold water. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly to obtain a smooth dough. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the dough on a board, folding it over itself four times. ≈ 4 min
- Make two to eight sausages, depending on your preference. ≈ 3 min

- Place the sausages in the molds. ≈ 3 min
- Allow the dough to rise for 4 hours at room temperature, away from drafts.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (thermostat 6) with the grill set to the bottom rack.
- Place the brioche in the cold oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the brioche from the pan, release them, and let them cool.
- For the ice cream: pour 15 cl of milk into a three-quarter-full bowl, mixed with powdered sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Mix with very little water to create a thick liquid. ≈ 4 min
- Pour evenly coat the brioche, pour the mixture over them. ≈ 3 min
