Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Line a rolling pin with parchment paper. ≈ 10 min
- Whip the egg whites in a mixer until stiff peaks form. ≈ 4 min

- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture thickens.
