  1. Gently mix the water and flour in a bowl, ensuring that the ingredients are thoroughly combined to create a firm and even dough. ≈ 4 min
  2. Divide the dough into small discs, which you will then arrange. ≈ 2 min
  3. Sprinkle them with a little flour, then flatten them with a rolling pin, or, if you don’t have one, with a bottle, a large glass… ≈ 2 min
  4. Preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F), or 205 °C (400 °F), approximately setting 7 on the thermostat.
  5. Place the pancakes on the griddle, then bake. ≈ 3 min
