Directions
- Knead all the ingredients until a smooth and elastic dough forms, taking at least 10 minutes by hand.
- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough, shape it into balls, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Give the dough the desired shape and let it rise until it has doubled in size.
- Garnish with oregano, basil, rosemary, or poppy seeds. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in the oven at 190 °C until the bread is lightly golden.
- You can serve this with Camembert cheese and ham, if you like. ≈ 2 min
