Directions
- Peel the bread and cut it into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Place the bread pieces in a bowl with 170 ml of milk and blend until smooth. ≈ 4 min
- In the same blender, add the eggs and sugar, then continue to blend until you have a light, fluffy mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Then, add 120g of melted butter. ≈ 3 min
- Melt 100g of dark chocolate in a double boiler, then add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 packet of baking powder, and mix well.
- Combine the two doughs and mix until you have a single, uniform dough. ≈ 4 min
- Pour, the dough into a tart tin lined with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Cooking time: 180 °C (356 °F) for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
