Blackberry syrup is a great summer appetizer. It has a slight alcoholic content, making it unsuitable for young children. This recipe is designed for 3 liters.

  1. When the lilacs bloom – depending on the climate, usually from early to late June – and the weather is dry, the flower heads are harvested from the bush. ≈ 3 min

  12. The bottles then need to rest for approximately four weeks in a dark place (cellar, wine cellar, pantry) to allow the fermentation process to continue.
