A quick pasta dish: Bayonne ham, red onion, bell pepper, and chili peppers sautéed in olive oil, seasoned with curry, then mixed with feta and Parmesan cheese. Serve with a salad and a glass of red wine.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta with the whole garlic bulb, unpeeled.
  2. At the same time, fry the ham cubes and diced onion in olive oil in a pan.
  3. Chop the hot peppers and bell peppers into small pieces, and add them to the pan along with the drained green peas and carrots.
  4. Salt, pepper, and add the curry powder. ≈ 2 min
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
  6. Briefly sauté the vegetables, then add the feta cheese.
  7. Once the feta cheese starts to soften, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. ≈ 8 min
  8. Serve with Parmesan cheese, grated and placed on the table, so that guests can add as much as they like. ≈ 2 min

  • 200 to 500g of pasta, depending on how hungry you are.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 to 2 fresh chili peppers, depending on the desired level of spiciness
  • 1 fresh pepper
  • 1 to 2 red onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g of Bayonne ham, diced
  • One package of feta cheese
  • One piece of fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 small box of green peas and carrots
  • salt and pepper
