Directions
- Grate the beet using a grater, crush the garlic, and mix it with a small amount of oil. ≈ 8 min
- Pour the water, add half of the beetroot and the cumin, then bring to a boil.
- Remove from the heat, add the oats and let it stand: the oats will expand and the temperature will drop.
- Add the soy sauce to the garlic and the other half of the beetroot, then blend. ≈ 4 min
- Serve with cooked cereal, a pancake, or grilled tofu.
