Directions
- Cut the beef into small pieces and cook it in a pan with oil, until it is cooked thoroughly on all sides, about 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking while cooking. ≈ 2 min
- Peel the apples, rinse them, and cut them into pieces of a similar size to the meat. ≈ 8 min
- Do the same with the carrots. ≈ 3 min
- Finely chop the pepper and the cauliflower leaves. ≈ 8 min
- Place the meat pieces in a large bowl or pot, then distribute the chopped vegetables over the top. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the water just enough to cover the vegetables, and cook over low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.
- Finely crush the peppercorns and add them to the water while it is simmering. ≈ 4 min
