Directions
- Combine the sticky rice flour and the regular rice flour with coconut milk, then mix until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 4 min
- Whisk the eggs, then add them to the dough until the mixture is smooth. ≈ 4 min
- Roll out the dough to form a long shape, then cut it into pieces. ≈ 10 min
- Melt the sugar until it reaches a thick consistency, then add the dough pieces to the melted sugar, mixing until they are well coated.
