Directions
- The banana mulberries are peeled and mashed. ≈ 3 min
- 100g of coconut are grated, and the process is repeated until they are cooked.
- 50g of coconut are grated and turned into coconut milk. ≈ 3 min
- The mashed bananas are mixed with coconut milk, Java sugar, pandan leaves, and salt, then simmered.
- The cooked coconut is added and mixed until the mixture is smooth. ≈ 3 min
- The dodol is removed from the heat and allowed to cool.
