Directions
- Peel the bananas and mash them thoroughly with a fork. ≈ 8 min
- Place the banana puree and flour in a mixing bowl, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Gradually add warm water while stirring, until you have a very thick paste. ≈ 3 min
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and a pinch of salt. ≈ 4 min
- Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Using a tablespoon, place the pancakes in the pan, making sure they aren’t too thick. Gently flatten them. Fry them in portions over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side, adding more oil if needed.
- Briefly drain the doughnuts on paper towels, then place them on a plate and sprinkle with turbinado sugar. ≈ 2 min
