Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
- Grease the baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- If necessary, rinse the fish under cold water, then pat it dry. ≈ 2 min
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the fish, season with pepper, and place in the dish. Spread some butter over the top. ≈ 2 min
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Place the filets in warm plates and pour the melted butter over them. ≈ 2 min
- Serve with mashed or boiled apples and vegetables such as carrots, green peas, broccoli, green beans, or a fresh salad.
