Avocados stuffed with tuna, tomato mozzarella and beets
Avocados stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise, tomato mozzarella with balsamic and sliced beets: a fresh, no-cook supper.
Tuna-stuffed avocados surrounded by tomato mozzarella and beet slices: the fresh supper of June 26, “all nice and cool”.
The filling couldn’t be simpler: flaked tuna in water, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, heaped into the avocado halves. Around them, slices of tomato and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinegar, and sliced beets.
No cooking at all, just an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
