Directions
- Wash all the vegetables and peel those that need to be peeled. Chop the onions into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Also, chop the other vegetables into small dice and add them all to the pan. Cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat. While that’s cooking, in a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little pepper.
- Cut the veal into cubes, place them in this mixture, and let them marinate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate, then remove them.
- Heat a pan without oil. Once the pan is hot, add the beef cubes and fry them for 2 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Add the cooked vegetables, turn off the heat, and mix with a pinch of salt.
- Arrange in a dish and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
