Directions
- Whisk the yeast into the warm milk, then add the eggs, salt, and granulated sugar, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Add the flour and knead the dough for 15 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a warm place.
- While you’re doing that, mix the apricot jam with the powdered sugar and vanilla, and cook until you have a thick mixture. Then, let it cool.
- Spread the dough to a thickness of 4 to 5 mm, brush it with melted butter, and cut it into triangles. ≈ 8 min
- Place a small amount of filling on each triangle and roll it into a tube, keeping the pointed end of the triangle at the top. ≈ 10 min
- Bake in the oven at 190-200 °C for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with granulated sugar.
