Directions

  1. The apples are washed and peeled. ≈ 3 min
  2. For each kilogram of apple, the core is removed, but not the opposite section. ≈ 3 min
  3. The other apples have been cut into slices. ≈ 3 min
  4. First, place the butter in a bowl, then add 50g of sugar and mix well. ≈ 3 min
  5. We add the grapes, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and mix again. ≈ 3 min
  6. A pot is placed on the stove, and half of the amount of sugar needed for caramelization is added.
  7. The caramelized sugar is then spread over the inside of the pot.
  8. Once I have finished preparing this, I will have a row of apple slices at the bottom of the crepe. ≈ 3 min
  9. Next, I will fill the apples with a mixture of butter, sugar, grapes, and cinnamon. ≈ 3 min
  10. The apples, filled with their contents, will be arranged in the crepe, vertically, with the hollow side facing upwards. ≈ 3 min
  11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius to reach the desired temperature.
  12. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. ≈ 2 min
  13. The whites are beaten vigorously with a whisk. ≈ 3 min
  14. For the egg yolks, we add 150g of sugar, vanilla sugar, and mix with an electric mixer until we have a smooth cream. ≈ 3 min
  15. Then, a bit of oil paint is added, and the mixing continues. ≈ 4 min
  16. We add 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix again in the mixer. ≈ 3 min
  17. We gently mix the baking soda with the flour in a bowl. ≈ 3 min
  18. Next, the flour and bicarbonate mixture is gently added to the remaining ingredients, and the mixture is gently stirred from the bottom up with a wooden spoon. ≈ 3 min
  19. Then, the beaten egg whites are added, and the mixture is gently mixed from the bottom up. ≈ 4 min
  20. Once the mixture is prepared, we add it to the container with the apples. ≈ 3 min
  21. We place the apple and filling in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  22. Once it’s cooked, we remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  23. We whip the cream with an electric mixer until it reaches a firm consistency. ≈ 3 min
  24. Once the cake has cooled, it is poured into a serving dish.
  25. It is then covered on all sides with cream, and the remaining cream is used for decoration, using a piping bag.
  26. To make the presentation more appealing, it can be decorated with slices of apple, strawberries, or other fruits. ≈ 2 min
