Directions
- Peel the potato and the apple, and chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and add paprika and nutmeg. ≈ 4 min
- Add the potato, onion, and blend them together. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the olive oil into a pan, and place the mixture in a mound.
- Use a spatula to press the mixture down to a height of less than two centimeters. ≈ 4 min
- Cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
