Directions
- Cook all the ingredients, except the flour and egg yolks, in a pot for fifteen minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the flour with a little water. ≈ 4 min
- After cooking, remove the lemon slice and the cinnamon. ≈ 3 min
- Stir the water and flour mixture again, incorporate it into the soup, and let it simmer briefly.
- Thoroughly whisk the eggs and gradually incorporate them into the soup. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the soup from the heat and blend it with the eggs. ≈ 4 min
