Directions
- Wash the pork belly thoroughly. ≈ 2 min

- Combine or finely chop the red and green chili peppers until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 4 min

- Add the salt, glutamate, finely chopped garlic, and chili pepper, then mix with the fruits. ≈ 4 min
- Squeeze the pumice stone or add vinegar to the container. ≈ 3 min
