Directions
- Cook the apples, either with or without the skin, then mash them once they are warm.
- If you have cooked them with the skin on, you will need to peel them before crushing them. ≈ 8 min
- The salt can then be added during the grinding process. ≈ 3 min
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the flour, gradually. ≈ 4 min
- The more flour there is, the tastier the puree will be. ≈ 3 min
- The dough is rolled out into a cylindrical shape, then divided into equal portions. ≈ 3 min
- Each portion is spread out into a round, approximately 0.5 cm thick, patty. ≈ 3 min
- Cooked in a dry pan.
