ANZAC biscuits
Discover the traditional recipe for ANZAC biscuits, which are associated with Australian and New Zealand troops. These soft and crunchy biscuits are easy …
ANZAC biscuits have long been associated with the troops of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC), who were sent to Gallipoli during World War I. This recipe was created to ensure that the biscuits would remain fresh during the long sea voyage to loved ones fighting overseas. The finished biscuits are quite soft and crumbly, and have a long shelf life.
