Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Remove the skin from the chicken pieces and season them. ≈ 2 min
- Heat the oil paint in a suitable container.
- Bring back the bacon, then add the onion.
- Add the garlic, mushrooms, and chicken. Pour in the wine and add the herbs. ≈ 3 min
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- A few minutes before the end of cooking, mix the flour with the olive oil and add this mixture to the liquid in the pot. Mix well, and reserve some of the chicken pieces so they are well coated in the sauce. ≈ 4 min
- Sprinkle the chicken with chopped parsley before serving. ≈ 2 min
