Directions
- In a pot, place the whole, unpeeled apples, ready to be cooked.
- Before they are fully cooked, the cod pieces are added to the pot. ≈ 3 min
- It is generally considered that cod is cooked when its flesh turns white. ≈ 3 min
- Remove the apples from the ground and let them cool.
- Once they have cooled down sufficiently, we peel them and set them aside. ≈ 3 min
- We removed the skin and bones, and as soon as possible, we peeled away the remaining skin, leaving only the flesh, which weighed approximately 250 grams. ≈ 3 min
- We then kept the cod with the potatoes. ≈ 3 min
- Use a mortar and pestle to crush the Allium sativum bulbs. ≈ 4 min
- To prevent them from breaking, we can add a little salt. ≈ 3 min
- Once the three ingredients have been thoroughly mixed, add the egg yolks and a small amount of oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- We continue to mix the mixture with the whisk until we achieve the desired consistency. ≈ 4 min
- Salt can be added to taste. ≈ 3 min
- The more you mix, the greater the volume becomes, until you have enough for everyone. ≈ 3 min
- Oil paint also contributes to increasing the weight. ≈ 3 min
