Directions
- Thoroughly wash all the vegetables, peel any that need it, and remove the seeds from the pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Next, combine all the vegetables in a blender. ≈ 4 min
- Boil the vegetables, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 2 hours.
