This lighter tiramisu replaces the mascarpone with low-fat yogurt. It is layered without baking and should be refrigerated before serving.

Directions

  1. Pour the sweetened coffee into a terrine and add a little water to it. ≈ 3 min
  2. Dip the cookies lightly with a spoon.
  3. Place some of the cookies at the bottom of a rectangular dish to create a layer. ≈ 3 min
  4. Spread half of the yogurt evenly over the base. ≈ 3 min
  5. Create a second layer of soaked biscuits, then pour the remaining yogurt over the top. ≈ 10 min
  6. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator.
  7. When serving, sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder using a small sieve. ≈ 2 min

  • 500 g of spoon biscuits
  • 500 g of low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup of coffee (12 cl)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (or 2 packets of sweetener)
  • Cocoa powder
  • 10 tablespoons of your choice of liqueur
