Directions
- Combine the flour, yeast, butter, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the dough in a pan, leaving a ball aside for the crumbs. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
- Whisk the cream, sugar, milk, and instant pudding mixture together. ≈ 4 min
- Add the yogurt. ≈ 3 min
- Pour evenly distribute the cream, spread it over the base of the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle the remaining dough over the top. ≈ 3 min
- Let it cool in the refrigerator.
