Yangzhou Fried Rice is a popular Chinese dish that has become a favorite around the world. Originating in the Qing Dynasty in 1754, this dish is named after the city of Yangzhou, although its origins are linked to a certain Y Bỉnh Thụ. Here’s how to prepare this delicious dish.

Directions
- Finely chop the bacon and ground meat. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop the carrot into small dice. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop the carrots and soybeans, then cook them for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of ketchup to the cooked rice and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Add the ground meat (if you have any) and the cooked carrots and soybeans to the rice. ≈ 3 min
- Heat a pan, add the bacon and cook until it renders its fat, then remove it and add it to the rice.
- In the same pan, heat a little oil paint, add the finely chopped garlic, and cook until it is golden brown. Add the shrimp and season with a little sugar, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Then, remove the shrimp and add them to the rice.
- In the same pan, heat a small amount of oil, add the eggs, and cook them over low heat, stirring constantly until they are slightly cooked. Add the rice and stir constantly to prevent the grains from sticking together.
- Season with salt, soy sauce, and black pepper, then remove from heat and stir in the parsley and cilantro. ≈ 2 min
