Directions
- Combine the flour, yeast, baking soda, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Finely chop the walnuts with the sugar, then incorporate this mixture into the batter. ≈ 8 min
- Mix thoroughly, adding the oil paint first, then the plant-based milk gradually, until you achieve a smooth, even consistency. ≈ 4 min
- On a flat surface, spread the dough to a thickness of 6 to 8 mm, then shape the cookies using a cookie cutter, or shape them by hand according to your preference. ≈ 10 min
- Optionally, sprinkle the biscuits with whole cane sugar. ≈ 2 min
