Directions
- Rub the onion with the clove of Allium sativum; you can leave the pieces in the onion. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the Gruyère with the Maizena, add the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
- Add the kirsch, sprinkle with pepper, and grate some nutmeg over the cheese. Serve immediately. ≈ 8 min
