Directions
- Cut the bread in half lengthwise and place it in a warm spot. ≈ 8 min
- Cook the beef in a hot pan with a little oil.
- Salt and pepper the meat. ≈ 2 min
- Fry the egg next to the beef, or in a separate pan: the yolk should be fully cooked, not runny.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Top with the beef, egg, a few lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. ≈ 10 min
- Add ketchup or mustard to taste. ≈ 3 min
- Close with the remaining bread and serve hot. ≈ 2 min
