Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Cut the baguette into slices about 3 to 4 cm thick. ≈ 8 min
  3. Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 5 minutes, until they are golden brown.
  4. Wash and chop the tomatoes into slices. ≈ 8 min
  5. Cut the piquillo peppers in half lengthwise. ≈ 8 min
  6. Place two tomato slices on each side of the grilled bread.
  7. Place sliced pepper pieces on top of the tomato slices. ≈ 3 min
  8. Add 2 anchovies across the pickled peppers. ≈ 3 min
