Directions
- Pass the meat through a meat grinder or a very fine vegetable chopper. ≈ 3 min

- Finely chop the fennel and incorporate it into butter or oil paint.

- Add the meat to the onions, season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min

- Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling on each crepe. ≈ 3 min

- Fold the two edges of the crepe inwards, then roll to form a roll. ≈ 10 min

- Coat the crepes with a mixture of egg yolk and breadcrumbs. ≈ 3 min

- Fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
