Directions
- Wash and hull the strawberries. ≈ 2 min
- Dry them with absorbent paper. ≈ 3 min
- I’d like to reserve a few for decoration. ≈ 2 min
- Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks, then sweeten with a spoonful of sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Wash the fruits, drain them, then blend them. ≈ 4 min
- Add the sugar, add the mascarpone, and blend. ≈ 4 min
- Gently fold in the mousse using a spatula. ≈ 4 min
- Transfer some of the mousse to the serving glasses, add a few strawberry pieces, and cover with the remaining mousse. ≈ 3 min
- Book for at least 2 hours, at your own expense.
