Directions
- Combine the ingredients to create a soft and elastic dough. ≈ 4 min
- Let the dough rise twice, then form balls about the size of a handful. ≈ 10 min
- Create strips that are 2 to 3 cm wide (without them stretching), then roll these strips to create balls approximately 5 cm in diameter. ≈ 10 min
- Arrange the pasta in a heat-proof dish, which has been greased and has approximately one centimetre of space between each portion. ≈ 3 min
- Using the ingredients, prepare a sauce and pour half of it over the steamed pasta.
- Let it rest for half an hour, then bake in the oven at 180 °C for 40 to 50 minutes.
- During cooking (after about 30 minutes), use two forks to separate the meatballs and pour the remaining sauce over them. ≈ 10 min
- Serve with a generous portion of warm custard. ≈ 2 min
