Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160-170 °C.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the sugar is completely dissolved. ≈ 4 min
- Then, add the clarified butter, yogurt, yeast, and baking soda. ≈ 3 min
- Add the lemon juice. ≈ 4 min
- Gradually add the water, mixing constantly until you obtain a thick paste that does not spread on the spoon. ≈ 3 min
- Generously grease a large baking dish and pour the dough into it, spooning it in and leaving space between each dollop. ≈ 4 min
- Brush the top of the spoons with the egg yolk and then arrange the crushed hazelnuts on top. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
- Allow them to cool slightly before enjoying these pasta dishes.
