Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar (except for 1 tablespoon), lemon juice, and milk until the sugar is completely dissolved. ≈ 4 min
- Add the vanilla, oil paint, flour, and yeast, then mix again with the whisk. ≈ 4 min
- Slice the bananas (or apples). ≈ 8 min
- Spread 1 tablespoon of sugar evenly over the surface of the pan, then arrange the fruit.
- Pour the batter over, cover, and let it cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Then, turn the cake over using the lid or a large plate.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the other side, over low heat and without a lid.

- Alternative: First, spread all the sugar evenly in the pan. Then, add the fruit and let it caramelize over low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes, before pouring in the batter.
