Directions
- The onion is finely chopped and cooked with the ground meat. ≈ 3 min
- Once the meat is fully cooked and has a “sand-like” texture, tomato juice is added. ≈ 3 min
- We season with salt, sugar, Herbes de Provence, cumin, black pepper, and chopped fresh basil leaves (optional). ≈ 2 min
- The mixture is left to simmer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Next, we add the sausages, chopped pickles, and chopped olives. ≈ 3 min
- We mix everything together and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
- The spaghetti are cooked in lightly salted water. ≈ 3 min
- They are drained and separated into sections. ≈ 3 min
- A portion of sauce is added to each serving, without any mixing. ≈ 4 min
