Directions
- Drain the cooked spaghetti in salted water and drain thoroughly. ≈ 2 min
- Peel the cloves of Allium sativum and lightly crush them with the back of your hand. ≈ 8 min
- Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan.
- Keep cooking the garlic until it turns a golden color.
- Remove the garlic from the pan.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the olive oil.
- Generously season with black pepper and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Serve immediately on plates garnished with chopped parsley. ≈ 2 min
