Directions

  1. Combine the grated cassava, sugar, and pandan infusion. ≈ 4 min
  2. Pour servir, pour each mold. ≈ 3 min
  3. Steam for 45 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Shape the balls to the desired size. ≈ 10 min
  6. Roll them in the shredded coconut. ≈ 10 min
