Directions
- Whisk the yeast into the warm milk, then add the eggs, sugar, salt, and some of the melted butter. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the 600g of flour and knead into a soft dough. ≈ 10 min
- Let it rise for 1 to 2 hours. Once the dough has doubled in size, spread it out into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with grapes.
- Roll the dough into a sausage shape, cut it into pieces, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 °C.
