Directions
- Boil some water, pour the rice noodles into a bowl and cover them with boiling water until they are submerged.
- Cover, and let them sit for a few minutes to soften, then drain. ≈ 2 min
- In the meantime, we cut the tofu into cubes and mix it with the teriyaki sauce and spices. ≈ 3 min
- We place the mixture in a lightly oiled pan and turn the cubes over until they are golden brown.
- Add the carrot and onion, and mix until they are slightly softened. ≈ 4 min
- Now, let’s add all the other ingredients: the pasta, chickpeas, walnuts, and parsley. ≈ 3 min
- We mix everything together, then cook for about five minutes.
- Taste and add spices as needed. ≈ 2 min
- Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
