Directions
- Prepare 4 pieces of aluminum foil. Place one piece on each, season with salt, drizzle with lemon juice, and surround with sliced onions and fresh herbs. Seal the pouches. ≈ 2 min
- Thoroughly wash the apples without peeling them. Place them on pieces of aluminum foil, drizzle with oil paint, and cover tightly. ≈ 8 min
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the parchment paper, open the pouches, and season the baked apples with salt.
- Arrange the fish and apples in portions and cover with cream. ≈ 2 min
