Directions
- In a bowl or pot, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to create a smooth mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Add the water and place the pot over low heat. Stir continuously until the solution is uniform, typically at a temperature of around 50 degrees. Allow to cool.
- Add the alcohol to the cooled solution and mix vigorously with an electric whisk to remove any remaining solids. Pour into bottles and let it rest for a month.
