Directions
- Spread the sugar pastry evenly in a greased and parchment-lined baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Place the ricotta in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Add the sugar, the whole egg, the egg yolks, and the lemon zest. Mix well and pour over the dough. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 40 minutes.
