Directions
- Thoroughly rinse the rice in cold water until the water becomes clear. ≈ 2 min
- Heat up a small amount of oil paint in a container.
- Add the rice and cook it briefly (for less than a minute). ≈ 3 min
- We add the water and the frozen peas, and bring it to a boil.
- Add a half teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste. ≈ 3 min
- To enhance the flavor, you can add pieces of meat. ≈ 3 min
- Cover the pot and reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- It is important to maintain a very gentle flame (we should still be able to hear a faint hissing sound, but not a loud roaring).
- Remove from the heat, open the lid, and allow to stand for about 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
- In a microwave-safe container, place the rice and peas. ≈ 3 min
- We add boiling water, as well as oil paint and spices.
- Cook at high temperature for 9 minutes.
- We combine the ingredients, taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed. ≈ 2 min
- Cook at high temperature for an additional 9 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, and wait about 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
